Hey everyone! Small hotfix for people who are still affected by the threshold change achievement bug

Changelog:

• Fixed Players don't get the "complete all achievements" achievement after the game gives them the 200 kill achievement

• Fixed camera bobbing animations don't play in high fps (above 240)

• Fixed not getting the 200 kills achievement in an old save

• Fixed automatically getting the "The Thing" achievement popup
