fixed abnormal fuel amount required by atlas to push asteroids

wrong production/consumption tooltip display
other tooltip fixes
most common cyclical missions issues
language corrections.
Known issues:
some of the translated texts might not fit the UI perfectly in a few places, or be inaccurate, especially for Italian, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish (machine translations).
