The follow bugs I fixed were identified by qllukii , thank you!

* Hold notes and chords now are affected by the hitsound volume setting
* Playtesting in the editor no longer overlaps with the editor's preview
* Fixed a bug were repeatedly starting and stopping a level in the editor caused overlapping notes and being unable to place new effects
* Counting VFX starting at 2 instead of 1
* Fixed subtitle rotations being radians instead of degrees
