✨ Feature Adjustments
- Cabinet portrait view now shows advisor bonuses on hover: units granted the Advisor Seal will now display their current advisor bonus when you hover over them in the portrait view — no need to drag them into the Strategist/Assistant Strategist positions to check.
- Imperial Jade Seal unlock level lowered: reaching Achievement Lv.5 now unlocks the Cabinet Imperial Jade Seal; the Star Seal (Zhenxingjue) moves to Lv.6 — helping everyone access the out-of-game bonus systems faster.
- Wanderer Signature Talent "Jingshi" buffed: when attacking, for every 2 units in your deck (including discard pile), this attack deals +1 damage. Might pair nicely with certain Wu units' advisor bonuses (population trading)~
- Sun Quan Signature Talent "Chengye" nerfed: during the attack phase, for every 3 Speed, triggers one extra pursuit after the attack (max 5). Pursuits from Chengye now cap at 5 stacks; if Wusheng kill-stacks push it higher, it can exceed 5.
- Cao Cao Signature Talent "Jianxiong" buffed: when attacked, randomly summons a Wei unit of the same quality (max Epic this battle). Now Cao Cao can summon various Wei units carrying Signature Talents (including troop units) at the highest quality.
- Talent display optimizations:
- The Signature Jianxiong talent's color now follows the bearer's rarity, just like Qiaojiang.
- Jianxiong and Qiaojiang now correctly display red and blue in the Codex, rather than showing the lowest-quality color.
- The five lords' Signature Talents are renamed to: True·Tianzi, True·Jianxiong, True·Rende, True·Chengye, True·Hengzheng, to distinguish them from their base talents.
Chengye / Wusheng notification text optimized: the current accumulated pursuit count is now clearly highlighted.Tuixian (Recommendation) toast added: a toast now appears when Tuixian triggers while the deck is empty.Mandate·Immortal "Jian Yi" & "Jian San" video performances upgraded: no more blurry engine-compressed states, and they're no longer covered by the card face.🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where triggering the Dongfeng talent would prevent Guimou from correctly triggering during the attack phase.
- Fixed an occasional bug where Dian Wei's Sizhan (Last Stand) talent didn't take effect, and synced-fixed the display issue where reflect damage from Sizhan killing an enemy would lose its HP-loss floating text.
- Fixed a bug in Conquest Mode where the unlocked-province count didn't line up with the Eight-Province achievements (off by one).
- Fixed a bug where an unset program-side flag after a failed Jujian (Recommendation) would prevent it from ever triggering again.
- Fixed a softlock where Naihe Bridge couldn't proceed when the team only had fully-awakened units and a pregnant female unit.
- Fixed a display issue where Jiefan's bearer would play the talent announcement even when at full HP.
- Fixed a bug in Conquest Mode where the last two cities' nodes reused the same seed, producing identical layouts.
- Fixed an occasional frame-stutter display bug in the main menu video.
- Fixed a display issue where female Avatars didn't show their corresponding Signature Talents in the Codex and Star Chart.
- Fixed missing ornament description text for achievement-level unlocks — hovering over ornaments in the achievement panel now correctly shows their function descriptions.

Just chatting a bit: 《Three Kingdoms Yi》 started as a solo development on April 20, released on June 23, and now — four months later — v0.9 is finally done. 😂 This week was the first time I stopped to rest (which is why this update came a bit late and light). I started with zero coding background, and my previous job was in marketing/publishing (which is ironically the part I'm worst at now hhh). For v1.0 going forward, I'll be updating a bit slower, and I hope everyone keeps their expectations measured — it's the wrap-up phase.
Next up, I'll probably put more energy into promotion and try to push harder on outreach. I've always held the belief that as a solo AI passion project, 《Three Kingdoms Yi》 is something I can proudly boast "damn, I'm awesome!" about — but as a mature commercial product, it still has a long way to go (even v0.9, in my heart, only just reaches the passing line; and some parts, like art, are things I simply can't optimize to 100% no matter what). So I haven't done much marketing until now — the Bilibili videos started as just a solo-dev diary. But now I feel like it's time to give it a real shot, brothers.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your support. If you can, please consider leaving a positive review for 《Three Kingdoms Yi》 — I'm endlessly grateful for your company and support along the way!
