* Cell population cap for upkeep raised 4x. A 4mm dish now has a cap of 80 cells before maintenance kicks in (n = dish size * 20)
* All new culture options should unlock now upon tutorial completion
* Pixelation filter no longer applies to UI. Removed UI pixelation option (leftover meme option)
* Fixed acidic pH culture preset option dropping on some screen sizes
