This demo update focuses on playing Void Inc in your language: typing the weekly report, reading office messages, and finding your way around translated screens.
Japanese and Chinese weekly reports
- Improved handling of text committed through an IME, including Japanese conversion. Enter can confirm a conversion and you can keep typing.
- Full-width numbers and common Japanese/Chinese punctuation now match their equivalent report characters.
- Doubled the base report timer for Japanese and Chinese to allow for composition and conversion: the first report now gives you 104 seconds, with a 56-second minimum in later weeks. The Automated Reports upgrade still adds another 12 seconds.

Clearer fonts
Bundled medium-weight Noto fonts now provide Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Cyrillic glyphs with stronger strokes. Japanese and Chinese use the appropriate regional character shapes, including when changing languages. The game's existing Latin fonts remain in place.
Translation and layout fixes around the office
- Employee Setup: translated outfit names, descriptions and slot labels, wrapped longer outfit captions, and fixed the window fitting on smaller screens.
- CEO health warnings: translated subjects and messages, including messages restored from older saves.
- Story Archive and Textpad: translated note titles, note contents and archive copy.
- Mail Triage Training: translated lesson instructions, key prompts and feedback.
- Desktop and malware pop-ups: improved translated label spacing and kept longer messages inside their windows.
- Corrected translated card counts, CEO order/reward text and incident countdowns.
