- added a max fps setting, defaults to 120. sorry for running your gpus ragged i don't think the game really benefits from running at 250 fps that much

- fixed t gel removing hole tiles that used to have an e on them
- red letter and twelve gauge clay now count as won with when you win a run with a spell they have transformed / transformed into
- fixed some quotes that were not fancy
- fixed wording on locked phonebook entries ("encountered" > "defeated")

- do i have to do a funny bit every time we add new words
- when we added pawjobs we apparently neglected the more obscure foot, tit, and boob-jobs. this has been rectified and all body parts can now get careers.
