This update introduces a new Time of Day Switching feature!
In addition to the existing daytime setting, you can now enjoy Chamland during the evening and at night.
You can now freely switch between three different times of day while playing:
Day
Evening
Night
The sky, ambient lighting, and overall atmosphere change depending on the selected time of day.
As evening turns to night, stations, towns, and other facilities light up, giving Chamland a completely different atmosphere from daytime.
Passenger, freight, and other missions can also be played at any of the three times of day.
At night, lights throughout stations, towns, and other facilities come to life, while train headlights become much more important for navigating the railway.
Depart from a brightly lit station and head into the darkness, with your headlights illuminating the tracks ahead.
We also recommend trying the Trackside View to watch trains running through Chamland at sunset or at night!
To coincide with the introduction of nighttime operations, CNR NEWS Issue 003, "National Railway Takes to the Night," has also been published.
