I'm incredibly excited to present the major content update I previewed in my recent posts! Now, some of you might be thinking, "Bro, are you okay? Have you even looked at the calendar?" And yeah, fair enough—since it's September 1st, it probably would have made a lot more sense to release some school-themed DLC or a game called "My Last Bell", lol. You know, where instead of a hospital corridor, you'd wander through empty school hallways running away from a creepy teacher, heh.
But! A player named PIRANHA really wanted and asked me to try adding a bit of Christmas spirit to the game. Just something to bring a little joy, help people look back on the holidays, remember their childhood, and think of something warm and good. It was also crucial to roll this update out right now, rather than waiting three months. I can't give you a specific reason for the rush; let's just say it was truly important.
Originally, the idea was just to tweak the wall textures in the main game, add some decorations, and throw in a few themed anomalies. But I thought it would be way cooler to build a whole separate game mode with a completely different location, brand-new anomalies, and its own achievements. Honestly, it's practically a whole new tiny game. And to be frank, I actually like how this bonus mode turned out much better. It's way less tedious, requires less running around, and everything is placed much more compactly. And yep, the dumb humor is still right there.

P.S. Camera shake and other settings might have reset after this update because I modified the save file system. If something isn't working correctly, try toggling the problematic checkbox back and forth a few times to overwrite the settings. Alternatively, disable Steam Cloud and try deleting your save files at the following path: DRIVE:/Users/*username*/AppData/Local/MyLastAppointment
