Fixed a bug in which the Story files menu on the House of Cards Extras Menu.
Fixed a bug in which the Prize Ball in the House of Cards Pinball Table could get stuck in the Spawn Pipe.

Adjusted Achievement Trigger time for the "Jackpot!" Achievement.
Refactored Ending Cutscene Code for House of Cards to hopefully alleviate crashes on low-end hardware.
Fixed a bug in the base game in which Clowny's jumpscare could be interrupted by an idle animation.
