Critical fix: event popups could lock the game

Fixed

- Event popups where every option required money could trap players with no cash: there was no way to close the window and the game became unplayable. You now always have a choice you can afford — but it costs you: neglecting an agency event damages your reputation, walking away from a player's situation costs morale, trust and your bond, and postponing a signing meeting lowers his interest while rival agents move in.

- Five labels on the decision outcome card (club relationship, player trust, media pressure, media profile, transfer rumour) were showing untranslated in every language.
