Restocker Improvements
Improved how restockers select Storage Rack targets.
Restockers now prioritize racks that already contain the same product before choosing empty racks.
If multiple racks contain the same product, the rack with the highest current stock is filled first.
If the stock amount is equal, the closest valid rack is selected.
