Thanks to an update to how Steam manages achievements, achievements are separated into BASE GAME and TAROT. In other words, you don't need the Tarot DLC to 100% the achievements anymore.
It's very cool and something I know a lot of you were worried about.
If you don't have the DLC you should totally consider getting it though because it looks like this and it's really fun.
I have another game in the works which I'll be talking about next. Not a Dead game either, totally new!
