Reverting compensation buffs

Balance:

Rift Trader / Heroic Rift Trader

• HP increased by 6%

Fixes:

• Fixed performance issues with animated lane skins

• Fixed Pack Rat losing Ace stacks when using treasure hunt

• Fixed an issue with purchasing double downs during queue, sometimes not showing up in-game

Hotfix 1 (26.8a)

Balance:

Rift Trader / Heroic Rift Trader

• Anvil damage increased by 6%

• Now flying and can be buffed by Leviathan

Low win rate.

Bounty Hunter / Kingpin

• Bounty Hunter HP and damage increased by 1%

• Kingpin damage increased by 1%

More compensation buffs to offset the sizable Angler nerf this patch.
