added windowed resolution to config file and it now saves last window size
added dialogue system with triggers on certain actions
added level6
added elite creep buff "fast" (increased max speed and accel)
added elite creep buff "blocking" (blocks towers from being built in an area)
added elite creep buff "healer" (heals other nearby creeps in an area)
added elite creep buff "stunning" (stuns a random tower in range)
changed inventory position in level selection to be consistant
fixed priority target lifebar not drawing creep status effects correctly after window was resized
