added new wave spawning system
added death particles to creeps

fixed dialogue on wave trigger happening when its not supposed to
fixed game speed not resetting when going back to the main menu
fixed particles spawning in wrong location when buying/selling items after returning to level select
fixed loot reward giving perfect bonus reward even when lives was lost
