Added graphics quality setting and a few fixes

• Added Graphics Quality setting. This should help quite a few people.

• Fixed an issue where trophies wouldn't always show up for all players

• Fixed an issue where the Slippery punishment wouldn't always be removed

• Fixed a few localization issues.

Thanks for the bug reports and feedback. We are monitoring them and getting them fixed ASAP.We are also adding a audio settings but that will take a week or so.
