Dadi Kingdom · published · build 22444938
Hello everyone,
over the last few days, work has continued across several important parts of Dadi Kingdom at the same time.
This update mainly brings visible progress to the UI, the military menu, and the new dragon adventures.
This time, the focus was on connecting multiple areas of work so the game does not just grow in size, but also feels more polished and cohesive overall.
A large part of the recent work went into improving the overall look and feel of the interface.
Several elements were adjusted, refined, and brought closer together visually so that Dadi Kingdom feels cleaner, stronger, and more fitting as a complete experience.
This was not only about visuals, but also about how the game feels to use:
important elements should be easier to read
menus should feel more atmospheric
interactive areas should become clearer and more satisfying to use
The military menu in particular received more attention.
We continued working on its central presentation, especially the circular centerpiece, its alignment, movement, and animation.
The goal is for this menu to feel like a real part of Dadi Kingdom, not just a temporary placeholder.
Another major step was the continued development of the dragon adventures.
These adventures are designed so that your dragon sets out on a journey and later returns with a new situation or a decision that requires your attention.
This creates its own narrative flow outside of the normal daily routine.
Work in this area included:
better integration into the overall game flow
fitting notifications and messages
stronger in-game presentation
clearer transitions between departure, waiting time, and return events
The goal is for dragon adventures to feel like real events inside the world, not just a static menu feature.
There was also a lot of smaller background work that matters for the overall experience:
widget adjustments
improvements to fade-ins and fade-outs
work on sequence flow and presentation
timing and presentation polish
general structural improvements across multiple menus and gameplay elements
Not every one of these changes is huge on its own, but together they help Dadi Kingdom feel more complete, more polished, and more intentional with every step.
Our current focus remains:
pushing the menus closer to the game’s own visual identity
making new systems feel properly integrated and atmospheric
improving how existing features are presented and how satisfying they feel
making Dadi Kingdom feel clearer, stronger, and more distinctive overall
Thank you for following the project.
Work is moving forward, and with every update we get closer to making Dadi Kingdom the game it is meant to be.
