Dadi Kingdom · published
Since the last update, several areas of Dadi Kingdom have been worked on at the same time – with the goal of making the game not just bigger, but noticeably more polished and cohesive.
Brand-new gameplay trailer (16:9), cut entirely from real in-game footage
Vertical versions for TikTok & Instagram
Several shorter area and theme clips
Editing, title cards and music done in-house
Lore subtitles: a new subtitle system built as its own Sequencer track, displaying text during the lore sequences
Night-event cinematics: staged scenes with real camera work instead of simple pans (several done, more to follow)
Area intros when entering new locations
Cinematic HUD: the interface now fades out and back in cleanly during cutscenes
Skin & hair colors: reworked system, now saved per save-game
New hair color palette in the editor
Cleaner character creation
More hairstyles and beards in progress
Archery fix: reworked hit detection, arrows now land reliably (long-standing collision bug fixed)
Voice & lip-sync: characters are gradually getting voice output and lip movement
Various smaller gameplay and stability fixes
Performance pass across all areas
Reduced shader and loading stutter on first launch (PSO precaching)
Cleanup and stabilization work in the background

Next up: more cinematics, more customization options, and continued polish toward release. I’ll keep sharing the progress here – honestly, no marketing fluff.
