Fixed melter and ice extractor missing from building inventory when loading old Ravsicle save games and the plateau ramp missing when loading sectors with plateaus.
Fixed bug that caused ice or plateau generation occasionally covering the whole asteroid.
Failed surface generation no longer leaves the game in a locked state. When the generation fails, asteroid discovery can be retried.
Small localization fixes for Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese

Fixed Star Birds 10 achievement being displayed in the wrong section on the rewards screen.
Fixed Star Birds 10 and Star Birds 11 achievement having swapped ingame display images.
