Tutorial
- I've shortened the tutorial part of the game: the basics are no longer covered in it.
- Whatever the tutorial asks you to do (buildings, research, colonization, spaceport) is free and done instantly.
- If you've already done something before the tutorial asks for it, it doesn't ask again and moves on.
- Whatever the narrator talks about blinks on screen: the planet, the fleet, or the label on a panel.
- The pirate attack is the last chapter of the tutorial. The AI opponents only attack after the pirate fight.
- The narrator's subtitles sit at the very bottom of the screen, and in battles they disappear after the line so they don't cover the buttons.
Building
- The build menu hides once you pick a building and reopens where it was after you place it. The B key also reopens it where you left it.
- Buildings in the back row of the build menu are easier to click.
Market
- The market panel now has a Close button.
Known issues, being worked on
- The narrator still mispronounces a few words.
- Some rotating 3D models on the panels are too dark or too bright.
- On the surface, shadows can fall across some interface elements.
