This update bundles fixes and improvements.
ECONOMY & FINANCE
• Debt/GDP now responds honestly to your policy in both directions — every nation runs at its real fiscal size, and distressed borrowing is survivable for a determined government. Every debt driver is named on the Sovereign Debt screen, and projections match what the ledger actually charges.
• Cost of living can now come down. It eases toward a level set by incomes, taxes and energy prices — and Food Assistance, Housing budgets, minimum wage, lower VAT and cheap power all actively pull it down. Inflation still pushes it up, as it should.
• Fighting inflation no longer wrecks your banks. Banking stress is priced against the real interest-rate stance: raising rates to beat 10% inflation is manageable; genuine overkill still crunches credit.
• Banking and insurance competitiveness now reads your actual financial system — the stock exchange, banking depth, financial-centre laws and monetary credibility. Every "Held back" line tells you exactly which screen fixes it.
WAR & DIPLOMACY
• Fixed: making a separate peace with one member of an enemy coalition no longer ends the entire war.
• Coalition sanctions now persist — invited partners stay on the list, their votes are remembered, and every ratified member genuinely amplifies the monthly bite on the target.
• Arms exports: sell weapons to any nation with warm relations — including a side you're backing in a conflict. The export desk has its own buyer picker and you can sign the arms agreement right there.
• Cyber attack types are now mechanically distinct, with a clear target selector and honest previews of what each one does.
• Ammunition is now visible and explained — the munitions bar shows what replenishes it and how fast, and it actually refills every month.
• Covert operations show truthful, specific descriptions: success factors, real effects, blowback severity, and full after-action detail.
INTERFACE
• Spending sliders now have +/− fine-adjust buttons and a type-a-number field for exact budgets. The defense row also shows the canonical military budget, so money voted through laws is never invisible.
• Enter confirms construction and infrastructure actions (and no longer accidentally advances the month through an open dialog).
• Cleaner monthly briefing, consistent flags, month-over-month movement at the top of the dashboard, colour-coded Bank panel values, a redesigned National Debt screen, and clearer Markets charts.
• Localization polish across all 13 languages.
