Alteration XP Rebalance

Alteration has been reported as one of the most grindy skills in Visseron Idle. This should cut the grind time down by a large margin. The XP may need tweaked again in case of overcorrection, but overall I think it will feel much more natural and inline with the leveling speed of other skills.

• Balance: Alteration XP now scales with the tier of the item you're altering instead of always granting the same flat amount. Altering higher-tier gear is now meaningfully more rewarding, bringing Alteration in line with how every other skill already scales XP with progression.
