Todays patch contains several bug fixes.
The minimap now closes upon death in online co-op.
Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the mouse cursor to not become visible when pausing.
Fixed wrongly placed tiles on "The Caverns".
Fixed an issue that caused the bridge to not extend on "The Caverns".
All monsters now die when the machine is defeated.
