Graphics settings
The pause menu now has an FPS limit and a shadow quality setting. The frame rate is
capped at 60 by default

Rules pay what the card says
A rule used to pay the Jester only once per pile, no matter how many times it fired.
Now every trigger pays.

Bots play better
Two fixes. Bots used to pass their turn when a hidden rule refused their play, even
when they had other cards they could legally play. So bot opponents should feel less passive and pick rules that matter.

• New Jack artwork, replacing the placeholder court cards
• Double Fours now pays out on the play you go out on, which it never did
• Gift of Sevens card text now mentions it will never pass your last card
