**🎛️ Your World, Your Rules**
• Characters are built from YOUR stats — the old stat-copying between NPCs is gone. Custom attributes, pools, health pool (or none: engine combat off, story combat on), currency, calendar (month names & lengths, week length, hours/day — the clock finally *uses* them and the weekday unfroze), and your check die (1d100, 3d6… now truly rolled for attacks, abilities AND skill checks)
• Abilities cost the right pool (tell the game what each pool is FOR) and roll the stat your leveling formula governs
• **World Config actually saves**: the Stats panel had no save handler at all, Save Configuration wrote to the autosave, archetype dropdowns wouldn't read back, the campaign creator dropped your stats — all fixed
• New preset: **Xianxia Cultivation** — full cultivation system with a 12-realm gate ladder, one click
**🗺️ Map Painting**
• Brushes up to 50×50 and a fill that actually fills (was capped at 4,000 tiles)
• Paint sloppy, save clean: overlaps with existing areas auto-clip on save
• Shapes save exactly where you painted them — the "my province moved!" bug is dead
• Right-click any token → **Paint as Area** (converts in place); painted areas toggle back to tokens loss-free
• A typo can no longer delete a painted country; mid-paint refreshes don't eat strokes; labels readable & centered; grid works on huge maps; fog "swirl circles" fixed
**⚡ Performance**
• Painted shapes compressed everywhere: save file 565 MB → ~0.5 MB, turn updates ~240 MB → ~146 KB, shape memory ~2 GB → ~24 MB. Turn/save freezes on big maps: gone. Smooth zoom, painter no longer quadratic
• Image generation pauses while your turn runs
**🧬 Species & Races** — a real roster with diets the famine engine eats, every character tagged with their species, all six AI creation paths informed
**🗣️ Living World** — conversation partners stay in the room (first names count now); captured spies go to a real prison if one exists, a gaol, brig or cell, not just the first thing the faction owned; Hunter'S Lodge → Hunter's Lodge everywhere
**🖥️ UI** — windows can't be lost off screen; small windows scroll; Creator reads your own hierarchy; ~40 panels gained explanations
**🧠 Honest AI Core** — the spinner stays busy until long turns, lore passes and background work actually land, with per-pass timings in the console
