Material Fix + Small UI Adjustments

Fixes:
* Fixed how materials could end up a negative number.
* Fixed how you were still able to try and craft owned galaxy rugs.

Additions
* Added dimensional rift sprite
* Set up the backend to allow for the dimensional rift update.
* Made the Zap area UI more clear in how it works.
