Hello everyone!
We are thrilled to announce the latest and biggest game update so far.

For the past year we have been working on rebuilding the game from the ground up. Not only to make it possible to add the new DLC but also to add new features.

DLC Support

Of course the biggest news is the added support for more content. The engine rebuild now allows us to easily add in more and more content. This includes the already announced paid DLC but also allows us to just add in more free content too! Just like that!

Workshop Integration

Another big new feature is the integration into the Steam Workshop.
We will use this to allow all of you to add your own translations to share with world.
Pirate slang? Klingon? Elvish? If someone makes it, everyone can have it.

In a more traditional way the Workshop is meant to be used for all the languages that we as developers can't possibly add. But what we added is the support for more fonts that now cover almost all the languages officially supported by Steam.
We can not support languages written from right to left which is a bigger technical challenge than just adding in fonts. Sorry about that, we will try to make that work.

We will release a detailed tutorial on how you can create translations for the game very soon.

Other Changes

Due to a rewrite of most of the game code your old save files will no longer work and won't show up in the game at all. But the gallery and roadmap process will get carried over to our new format and you should be able to just continue where you left off from the roadmap.

The game engine now finally supports the use of video files which means that we will make more use of it from now on. Yes, that means there will be animations coming in the future!!

You also might have noticed that our achievements got new icons. In addition to the design change we also added plenty more achievements for the new DLC!
But due to limitations from Steam, the DLC achievements are enabled for everyone, even if they don't own the DLC. Sorry about that.
