Version 1.39 up

Thank you all for your kind feedback. Here we go:
- Fixed the Vampires being accessible after defeat
- Crafting lockpicks on the field is more stable now
- Blind Resistance and Silence Resistance skills now work
- MaxHP+ Rune crafting fix
- Nerfed Akane’s agility skills (hopefully…?) :)
- The mechanical monsters in the Crater don’t abort the fight
- Can open the chest in the final ruins (Chapter 3, Ecallia)
- Minor fixes to messages
