Little patch

Hello, walkers!

In this little patch we've fixed some little bugs. Thanks our community for finding this.

Changelog:

Fixed bug with level 2 Blaster energy consumption. Energy consumption was higher than level 1 Blaster.
Fixed errors in GUI layout for Russian localization.
