Patch 1.3.0 brings minor optimizations to increase performance on lower end machines

Defenders,

This latest patch to HTF I have tried to bring some optimization improvements and lowered the resolution of several textures to reduce the overall size of the game.

This year for HTF I want to release a free content update with additional towers, spells and maps. Timing is TBD, since most of my free time is going to my next project, but know that it is in the works.
