The Zone-Based Optimisation system on the vanguard is disabled by default. It can be re-enabled using the in-game options menu.
Pressing "PgDn" should close any menus, preventing players from getting "stuck" in a menu.
Added a message to inform users that the "Can we Talk?" Option for AI requires an LLM to be installed first.
Prevented possible out of bounds issue on Vanguard.
