Added a "Quality" selector to the graphic menu on the startup screen which allows players substantially greater control over their graphics settings. This should help the game to run on older hardward.

Made substantial changes and improvements to the movement system.
Movement now feels much more natural and there is a lot less "Sliding" and "Bouncing".
Players also get stuck on small obstacles and microterrain a lot less.
Jetpack movement is also more consistent.
Fixed issues allowing players to jump while already in the air.
