A smaller update that turns the Sacrifice Shrine into a proper ritual altar.
THE SHRINE, REMADE
- The altar is now a candlelit desk crowded with dripping red candles that flicker in the dark.
- A wet black-ink sigil is scrawled on the floor around it — the same tar the creatures ooze — ringed by ink splatter that's scattered differently every time.
- An ethereal wisp of light drifts and bounces through the room while the shrine is active.
SOUND
- Making an offering now plays a mysterious, ethereal swell. When the shrine is spent, its candles snuff out cold.
No gameplay changes — the bargain (trade a slice of your sanity for a boon) works exactly as before, it just looks and sounds the part now.
