One more pass on auto-restart, sorry for the back and forth.
Fixes & Improvements
Auto-restart on death no longer stops after a couple of unlucky runs: it now keeps going no matter how many times you die in a row. Only a real click or keypress stops it. (Thanks sworded for sticking with this one.)
