1. Updated the tutorial — important steps during contract preparation now have stronger highlighting and blinking, and new tutorial steps have been added for the Cleaner, Repairman, worker XP, and promotions.
2. Added a new office NPC — the Cleaner. She becomes available at Level 2, uses dedicated cleaning points, and has her own animations.
3. Added a new office NPC — the Repairman. Along with him, a durability system has been added for certain objects, including HP bars and basic repair logic.
4. Fixed and adjusted localization elements in several windows.
5. Added gradual filling of the “screwdriver” indicator as workers gain experience.
6. Added a new notification when one or more workers have enough experience to be promoted.
7. Promotion notifications are grouped together to avoid spamming a separate message for every worker.
