Hey everyone! Over the past week we've been hunting down the issues you reported. The update is live now (~56 MB). Here's what's fixed:
⭐ Five Star Rating & Achievement
- The casino rating could get permanently stuck below 5.00 — deleted or moved items kept invisibly dragging it down. Ratings now recalculate from what's actually in your casino every time you load a save, so affected saves fix themselves automatically.
- A maxed-out casino now reaches a true 5.00 — and the five star achievement finally unlocks (it was mathematically impossible before — sorry!).
💰 Cashiers
- Fixed cashiers freezing and queues getting permanently stuck in long sessions.
- Removed a hidden double prestige penalty when customers waited at the cashier — prestige recovers faster now.
🚶 NPCs & Visuals
- Customers no longer walk to machines invisibly and "pop in" — they enter fully dressed through the entrance.
- Fixed NPCs replaying old sit/stand animations when entering your view, and NPCs gliding around in a seated pose.
- Roulette chips no longer fall through the table.
🚜 Vehicles
- Fixed tractor wheels visually detaching from the chassis (especially in co-op) and reduced the wild bouncing indoors.
⚙️ Performance & Stability
- Fixed a memory leak that made long sessions gradually darker and slower (+ automatic daily cleanup).
- Big NPC rendering optimization — large crowds now draw roughly 3x cheaper.
- Co-op: end-of-day/casino sign sync fixes; bar workers now return to work after loading a save.
What's next
A legacy save import to restore pre-update saves (if you lost access to an old save — it's still safe on your disk, and we're building the tool to bring it back), plus more fixes and a dedicated optimization pass.
