new :
- 3 new beginner easier fish in The lake, as a result, the initial old 3 fish will be move move inside
- Changed to the dialogue for the mermaid of the lake.
- A tutorial for Sync gauge mechanic. For older save file, you can enter tutorial by talking the mermaid of the lake
- Changeed main quest structure of the lake to be a little more straight forward.
- You can now redo tutorial via altar at the location where you see tutorial.

fixes/adjustment :
- fixed default fps setting not matching the actual default fps
- fixed fish health bar animation issue
- fixed issue of fishing ui animation stuck sometimes
- adjust UI of Objective tracker
- lower fish movement when getting reel

This was supposed to be apart of a ver 0.5 update, but I decided to push this early because I don't i'll be able to finish ver 0.5 in time before the Autumn sale so that new players get to have a bit better experience with the new tutorial.
