We’ve poured our hearts into this update, and we’re incredibly excited to finally share it with you. Whether you’ve been adventuring with us every day, are returning after a long break, or are discovering IEH2 for the first time—welcome!

What if you could experience the entire IEH2 journey again—with new powers, different rules, and a clock that keeps you on your toes?

That’s the adventure waiting for you in Tier 3 World Ascension (WA3), IEH2’s new roguelike endgame.

Step into a parallel world and build powerful combinations of Relics. Reshape the rules with Fractures, take on increasingly demanding Ordeals, and make every second count as your run approaches its final countdown.

Each run brings new choices and new strategies. Discover a Relic combination that changes your approach, try a different path, and see how far you can go!

Your journey doesn’t end when the timer reaches zero. Earn Heart Stones and Spirit Essence to unlock lasting upgrades and strengthen your Relics between runs. Complete Accomplishments to unlock more ways to carry progress forward and automate your next adventure.

If you enjoyed Super Dungeon’s roguelike elements, WA3 brings that spirit of discovery to the entire IEH2 journey.

How to Unlock WA3

Your path to WA3 begins at Town Rank 5, where the Ultimate Trial against Ringold — The Golden Wizard becomes available.

Defeat Ringold to unlock Tier 3 World Ascension. Prepare to face a battle that takes you through the present, past, and future!

WA3 is an endgame feature, so new adventurers will work toward it as they progress. If you’re just starting out, IEH2 is free to play, with a whole world of Heroes, equipment, quests, and upgrades to discover along the way.

Tier 3 World Ascension (WA3)

• Added Tier 3 World Ascension, a new roguelike adventure featuring Relics, Fractures, and Ordeals.
• Earn Heart Stones and Spirit Essence to unlock lasting upgrades and strengthen your Relics between runs.
• Complete WA3 Accomplishments to unlock additional progression carry-over and automation features.
• Unlock WA3 by defeating Ringold — The Golden Wizard, whose Ultimate Trial becomes available at Town Rank 5.
• Added six new Guild Abilities unlocked through WA3, along with their corresponding Guild Super Abilities.

Ultimate Trials & Steam Leaderboards

• Added Hard Mode to the Ultimate Trials against McNutty and Ringold. Test your skills with fixed Slime Ball damage, ammo, projectile count, and available dodges.
• Added the following Steam Leaderboards:
  • Highest Guild Level
  • Ultimate Trial — Highest Level Cleared
  • Ultimate Trial Hard Mode — Highest Level Cleared
  • Ultimate Trial — Highest Level Cleared

Progression & Rewards

• Added new Area Mission Milestones at #6450 and #7650.
• Added new Super Dungeon Modifier Milestones.
• Added six new Equipment Enchants:

• Added rewards for Challenge and .
• Each rank of Town now requires only one Rebirth of each required Tier.

Quality of Life & Interface

• Added a button for Auto-Disassemble in the Equipment Dictionary.
• Added , , and tabs to the Equipment Enchant Filter.
• Added and buttons to the Equipment Enchant Filter. Shift-click either button to apply it across all filter tabs.
• Shift-clicking the Favorite button now assigns the selected quest as a Favorite Quest for all Heroes. If it is already marked as a Favorite, Shift-clicking removes it from all Heroes.
• Nitro’s ON/OFF state is now saved and restored.
• Added and to the Ability > tab. Each stat remains hidden until its corresponding World Ascension Tier is unlocked.
