Fixed an issue where in-game achievements were unlocked but failed to sync with Steam.

After this update, the game will automatically check locally unlocked achievements and sync them to Steam.

Additionally fixed an issue where a specific achievement was not being recognized correctly.

If you have already earned achievements in-game, simply launch the latest version through Steam and the game will automatically attempt to grant them.
