Been a long day but still making fixes as they arise. Three bugs fixed in this one.

  • When reloading Over the Top after failing, it wasn't possible to succeed
  • When reloading Over the Top, the mini event consequences compounded
  • Speech bubble lead to crash if there were only one soldier in the squad
