Version 1.0!

- Added a 'shake' button to move the ball slightly
- Changed the way a few of the machines work to stop the ball flying out of the machine

As always, I'll be listening if anything is up, so please drop a message

I'm not really planning on working on Pinballers anymore, and I've moved on to new projects. However, if there is a pickup in interest and stuff still isn't working, I will come back!
