- Priest heals with Divine Light and fights with Consecrate, Judgement, Sanctuary, and Holy Lance
- Valkyrie gains Sword of Justice, which executes weakened enemies, and Smite, which heals for each enemy it strikes

- Level select shows each map's details, your best score, and the leaderboard on its own page
- The in-game HUD is new: a player card per corner, a timer cluster at the top, and an ability bar at the bottom
- HUD text and the timer bar are larger so they read on a Steam Deck at 1280x800
- New ability cards on level up always have a white border
- The leaderboard shows the class portrait instead of the class name, with the name on hover

- Lobbies has volume sliders for each player
- Push to talk is on V or the left shoulder button, and voice can be turned off in Options
- A MUTE MIC button appears on the pause menu once a microphone is detected
- Teammates who are talking show a speaking tag in the lobby and a gold portrait border in the run
- Bubble Shields no longer stack up on teammates
- Downed players no longer swing their weapon while waiting for a revive
- Enemy death sounds now play for everyone, not just the host
- Long Steam names no longer break the lobby list
- The Weekly Challenge can be played as a team
- The boss only spawns when you reach the level goal; the match clock no longer forces it
- Abilities fire the moment their cooldown ends, no longer waiting for an enemy to be in range
- Ability cooldowns on the HUD match when the ability actually fires, including after level up pauses
- Zoom changes one step per second so a single scroll no longer skips a level
- Reroll on the level up screen no longer throws an error
