Added
- Betting on own horses or horses you jockey is now a criminal offence and there is a chance that the betting authorities will fine you first, then if you continue be thrown in jail
- There is now a court system, so there is court before conviction, the player can also become a supreme judge (voted like bank manager, but instead of wealth it's by reputation). Current judge is shown in secret tab of person detail. If judge the player can choose how to convict cases
- There are now prison events
- Player stables can now get liquidated if they do not cover their negative cash in 90 days
- Player characters can now get glued by gluemen if the do not cover their negative cash within 60 days (ability to continue as spouse or heir, if you have some), forceful asset selling happens before to try to cover debt. Debt will also be transfered to new character, if you continue.
- You can now choose the distribution of grounds in gameplay rules at startup, and in settings (race generator), works best when you start a new game. But horses in general follow better the world distribution of grounds

Improved
- Player can also now go easier into debt, before most of debt situations were prevented
- If player goes to jail they are now fired
- If player goes to jail, you are now locked from taking any actions
- Exposed the parameters the CPU uses for registering for race (and automatic race registering uses) in settings in it's own category, also modified a bit where distance to race is a bit more discourged
- Try to normalize country names in impored data
- Slotmachines follow now a more standard return

Fixed
- Road to, now counts the start point after the race is ran and stops 48h before the race instead of Jan-Dec
- The custom schedule importer is now forgiving for the qualifying pathways being on multiple lines
- For custom schedule importer, it now respects the race harness flag, when playing harness it does not spawn the races for gallops vice versa
- When player was jockey the other staff would ask raises from you when wanting to talk
- Make db files work a bit cleaner
- Slot machines currency conversion now works
- If you enabled custom data mid race it did not take effect
- Popup styling for confirming custom data styled
- Pre 1970 concepts did not work
