After successfully capturing an enemy prefecture through a regular war, an occupation garrison will now be deployed immediately.
Newly occupied prefectures will be protected from newly triggered enemy recapture attempts for the following three months.
Starting from the fourth month, a prefecture may once again become a recapture target if it meets the existing conditions.
Wars that have already entered the marching phase are not affected by this update. Armies already en route will not be recalled.
