Fitts Protocol: bubble points are round numbers now. A Default is worth 10, then 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 up the waves, and a Booster is worth 1000. Burger jackpots and skull charges scale with the new values, so runs score higher than before at the same skill.
Helix Discovery: gems give more XP. Every gem in the mode is worth one and a half times what it was, so power picks arrive a little sooner at every wave.
Run Stats shows where you played. The results card now carries a location badge in its top-left corner, with the location's boss beside the name, matching the difficulty badge on the right.
The Vampire's bats hunt your crosshair. When the boss attacks, the horde now swoops in on the point you are aiming at and follows it while it flies - the same spot the darkness closes around - instead of rushing the boss's own figure. Main game and Bubbleathon.
Helix Discovery: a frozen The Core boss slides back under fire. Pushing The Core while it was frozen used to do nothing on screen, then throw it backwards all at once when the ice broke. It now gives ground smoothly while frozen, exactly as it does when it is not.
Main Game: The run XP readout no longer overlaps the goal beside it. Past a billion, both numbers on the top bar switch to their short scientific form (1.27e11) instead of two twelve-digit strings running into each other. Main game and Bubbleathon.
Main Game: The Bomb pauses with the board during a power choice. A detonation that was still sweeping when a power-bullet panel, a queued milestone round or a Something/Mirror reveal opened kept popping under the cards. It now freezes with the board.
