Small but meaningful patch (0.7.4):
New Features:
- The Casual Flight Model now has access to Hover Mode and Altitude Hold, both accessible from the Radial Menu. Hover mode stabilizes the helicopter and allows for more precise control at low speeds. Cannot use if traveling faster than translational lift (~40 kts). Altitude hold does just that, at any airspeed, but you must be relatively close to holding attitude to enable it
- The radial menu is themed better and is more informative
- Menus are themed better and should be more readable!
- Hangers are rearranged a bit to be closer to the helicopters
Fixed bugs:
- Cars shouldn't get stuck as much
- Player FOV outside of helicopter is more realistic
Future priorities:
- Open-world performance
- Imperial vs metric display options
- Radial menu/gear usage improvements
- Big tutorial improvements
- Voice lines for tutorial and replacement of dispatch lines with voice actor
