Fixed First Contact progression so it begins when a mailbox is created and continues correctly whether the mailbox or bank account is created first.
Improved RootMail and mailx handling of interrupted mail-server connections. RootMail now preserves drafts and attachments after a failed send and marks opened messages as read.
Fixed sending and downloading binary mail attachments so their contents are preserved correctly.
Multi-line terminal pastes now submit commands one at a time, in order, rather than sending every line at once.
