Alright that beta got tested with QA and some of you also noticed the beta updating.

A few niceties, windowed mode and steamstack smoke!

also I added a little reminder to review the game, it shows 3 times ever after finishing a workshop upload..

We're nearly at 50 english reviews, which apparently is a major algorithmic milestone, so thank you all!

1. added smoke to funnels when sailing (click on the ocean to set sail and watch em smoke it up)
2. added alt +enter windowed mode support , press alt + enter to go to windowed mode
3. improved collisions to be less jittery
4. added review reminder when submitting a workshop item
5. some small item fixes, a funnel didn't rotate and such.
