Fixes - Thanks to Mugi3

• Fixed Godly-rarity items no longer being able to drop once you pushed deep into Infinity (past roughly depth 49) — Eternal and Cosmic's ever-climbing drop chance was crowding Godly out of the roll entirely.

• Fixed the chest tooltip showing a negative percentage (e.g. "Common -31%") at those same depths instead of just leaving the rarity off the list.

• Fixed high Godly ranks displaying with a broken roman numeral past rank X, e.g. "Godly XXXXX" instead of "Godly L".

• Chest tooltip now lists Godly after Eternal and Cosmic instead of before.

• Capped how high lifesteal, block chance, and attack speed can roll on a single piece of gear — 8% for lifesteal and block chance, 12% for attack speed, regardless of rarity.
